Baidaa

This project was led by the Devignity team for Baidaa, a fashion and lifestyle brand targeting women and children in the Saudi Arabian market. Our responsibility spanned the entire e-commerce development lifecycle on Shopify. Once the client provided access, we initiated the full setup of the Shopify account, including inventory structuring, product organization, and storefront customization. We also integrated essential third-party plugins for delivery and logistics management.

We were also responsible for complete graphic design and visual branding for Baidaa. This included designing banners, promotional materials, advertisements, and refining the brand logo. All graphics were created using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to maintain a high standard of consistency and visual appeal. Additionally, we professionally edited and enhanced the product photos before upload to ensure an elegant, unified product display across the store.

Baidaa required specific, non-standard features which necessitated extensive custom development using Shopify's Liquid templating language. While our team proposed an advanced Hydrogen-based solution for flexibility and performance, the client preferred to retain Shopify's native customization panel for easier long-term management. Our developers worked within these constraints to deliver every requested functionality without compromising on quality.

A standout challenge was the client’s requirement for the mobile site to feel like a native application. To meet this, we crafted a fully responsive, app-like mobile interface that provided intuitive navigation and seamless interaction.

The project spanned over 11 weeks. Despite platform limitations, our team at Devignity delivered a polished, performant Shopify storefront aligned with the client’s brand identity and technical expectations. The client was highly satisfied with the results.
