Project Engagements
- Specific project scope, deliverables, timeline, and payment terms are defined in an individual proposal, quote, or contract for that engagement.
- Unless otherwise agreed in writing, work begins once scope and payment terms are confirmed.
- Revisions beyond the agreed scope may be billed separately.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment for a completed project, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to the client as specified in the project agreement. Devignity retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing with the client.
Payments
Payment terms, including deposits and milestones, are set out in the applicable proposal or contract. Late payments may pause active work until resolved.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Devignity is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or from services provided, beyond the amount paid for the relevant engagement.
